*POSITION FILLED* Montessori-Minded Infant Nanny Needed Full-Time in Bel Air, MD – $27-$30 per hour - Job #210

First time parents in Bel Air, MD are searching for an experienced, patient, and loving nanny to care for their 6 month old baby girl. The typical schedule will be M-F from 9am-5pm, with 40 hours guaranteed each week. The nanny will be responsible for overall general childcare and cleaning up after the baby throughout the day. They are big fans of Montessori and would love to find a nanny who is familiar with the Montessori approach or willing to learn how to incorporate it into their day. They have a subscription to Monti Kids and Lovevery, and prioritize a reduced emphasis on electronic toys and limited screen time. Both parents work from home in a separate room.

As for their parenting style, they align with an authoritative approach and are looking for a nanny who enforces clear rules and boundaries while still leading with connection and kindness. Their ideal nanny balances gently guiding them as first-time parents while respecting and supporting their decisions for their child. REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of Professional Nanny experience
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Up to date on Flu & Tdap vaccines. Covid vaccine preferred, but not required
- Safe & reliable vehicle that can fit 1 car seat (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Confident Swimmer
- Non-smoker
- Clean background and driving record
- Stellar references

COMPENSATION:
- $27-$30 gross per hour on payroll, for 40 guaranteed hours per week
