A wonderful return client in College Grove, TN, is seeking a warm, responsible, and highly organized part-time Nanny/Family Assistant to help support their busy family of 5. They are offering 10-20 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility based on the candidate’s availability and needs, ideally 2-3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). The primary focus of this role is to engage the children in enriching, age-appropriate activities while also helping to keep the household running smoothly. Responsibilities include family laundry, running errands, light meal preparation, organizing, general household tidying, dog walking, accompanying mom and the children on outings, planning crafts and activities, unloading and loading the dishwasher, changing bed linens, and providing an extra set of hands wherever needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of professional Nanny/Family Assistant experience
- Recent experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified before hire)
- Willing to complete a driving and background check
- Non Smoker
- Confident swimmer
- Stellar references
