[POSITION FILLED] An amazing return client is looking for an experienced and dynamic co-nanny to join their team! If you've seen this job posted by us before within the last year, rest assured that this position is not opening up due to cycling through nannies! It's bittersweet, but one of the nannies will be going on maternity leave and has decided relocate closer to family, so now her permanent position is coming available. The current nannies absolutely rave about their job and the family - this is a position where you will be treated very well, embraced as a part of the family, and valued as a professional.

They are ideally looking for someone to start sometime in August so that there's plenty of overlap with the current nanny you'll be replacing. The rota schedule is 3 days on, 4 days off and then 4 days on, 3 days off. You will live-in during your shift and there is an entire nanny suite that is spacious and private. They have 4 children, school age - teens. They live on a lake and are a very active, outdoorsy family and are looking for a nanny who is adventurous and loves to get the kids out of the house. This is a fully staffed home, so interested candidates must be willing to be a team player and pitch in where needed. Their ideal nanny is flexible, easy going, while still setting structure and boundaries. They want someone who will help instill independence and age appropriate responsibilities with the kids. While it is a fully staffed home, it is an informal laid back vibe - they want someone who is warm and friendly while also knowing when to step in and step out and maintain appropriate boundaries. The family is taking Covid seriously, so it’s important their nanny follows CDC guidelines and is Covid vaccinated. There will be some opportunity for travel as things continue to open up. The nanny will be responsible for anything and everything related to the kids including: laundry, plan/prepare child meals, create/maintain shared calendar, monitoring screen time, donate outgrown clothing, maintain nanny car, and more!! This is a full charge, professional nanny position and interested applicants must have experience in this type of role.

DETAILS:​
- Schedule: Rota; 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off (nanny will work approximately 26 weeks per year)
- 4 children: 7, 8, 14, and 15 years
- Start Date: August (slightly flexible for the right candidate)
- Duties: Full charge childcare - anything and everything related to the kids + working as a team with other household staff
- Nanny car provided

REQUIREMENTS:​
-5+ years Professional Nanny experience
- Experience working in a fully staffed home preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Covid Vaccinated
- Non smoker
- Clean background and driving record
- Stellar references and letters of recommendation

COMPENSATION:​
- $78k gross per year to start
