A vibrant family based in Omaha, NE is excitedly searching for an experienced nanny to join them on a global adventure! They have a toddler, baby due in August, and are seeking someone with recent infant experience. They currently have a nanny who has been with them since their oldest was an infant and they are thrilled to expand their team with the addition of baby #2! As they prepare for a jetsetting lifestyle, including travel on their newly constructed yacht and visits to various homes, both domestically and internationally, they are offering a rotational schedule of 3-4 days on/off, with 50 guaranteed hours per week. 

They are offering competitive salary ranging from $85,000-$100,000+, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package including paid time off, a health stipend if needed, bonuses, and relocation assistance for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, seamlessly transitioning between tag-teaming with parents and providing autonomous care. The family values a Montessori approach to parenting and seeks a nanny who can plan enriching activities to foster development.

Both nannies will accompany the family during travels, with regular time off provided in each location. DETAILS:
- Schedule: ROTA, 3-4 days on/off, typically 7am-7pm
- Children: Toddler & baby due in August

- Duties: Full charge childcare + nanny responsibilities
- Pets: Medium-sized labradoodle

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years Professional Nanny experience
- Recent experience with infants
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong swimmer
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Non smoker
- Clean background and driving record
- Stellar references and letters of recommendation
- Able to commit a minimum of 1 year

COMPENSATION:
- $85-$100k+ per year, DOE ($30-$35 gross per hour)
- Legal overtime
